          All prices include 25% VAT. Löwengrip reserves the right to change pricing on a continual basis for all products in our range, regardless of whether it involves an increase or decrease. The price stated at the time of purchase applies. Every Löwengrip campaign applies while supplies last unless otherwise stated in the Product description. If you are under 18 years of age, you have to have permission from your guardian to order from us.

          Access to and usage of this website, as well as the Products and services listed on this website (collectively called “Services”), are subject to these terms and conditions (“General Terms”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that the General Terms will be updated from time to time. You should, therefore, keep up to date with this page, to be aware of potential changes to the General Terms made by Löwengrip.

          Access to the website is given on a temporary basis and Löwengrip reserves the right to revoke or change the Services without any prior notice. Löwengrip will not be held responsible if this website is unavailable at any Point for a certain period of time. From time to time we might restrict access to certain parts or the entire website.

          Order confirmation and transfer of risk

          When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Should you wish to annul or make any alterations to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You become the owner of the ordered goods when they have been physically delivered to you and we have received payment in full from you. When the goods have been delivered to you, the responsibility for any loss or damage is passed on to you.

          Delivery & shipping

          Free shipping in Sweden. European countries from 80-200 SEK (from 0.5-2.0 kg) and the rest of the world 90-225 SEK (from 0.5-2.0 kg). For your information, to ship aerosols is quite expensve please see costs at checkout for the correct fee. Löwengrip offers a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days after your order has been packed and ready for dispatch. You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email within 3 working days please Contact our customer service team. Löwengrip sends all their goods with Postnord and Schenker.


          Prices & availability

          Sometimes a product you have ordered might be out of stock and is then on backorder. This may be due to lack of stock or delivery delayed. In case of the backorder, you will be sent a mail within 2-4 working days. Please contact us if you want to cancel your backorder or if you have any queries relating to delivery date etc. Löwengrip will not accept responsibility for out of stock situations or stock management queries at our suppliers. Should a pricing error occur (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

          Should there be any damages or loss of item on route to the customer, Löwengrip is held responsible. If this has happened, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the customer service team at Löwengrip within a reasonable timeframe (max 4 weeks). Should there be any damages or loss of item during a return to Löwengrip, the customer is liable

          Unclaimed packages

          Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. The fee corresponds to the cost of administration, the return of goods and any additional handling. Payment term is 30 days net. Penalty fee for late payment is 50 SEK plus default interest and potential debt collection costs. Should you change your mind and want to cancel your purchase after the parcel has been dispatched from our premises, you have to claim your parcel at your designated delivery Point and send it back to us. Should the parcel not be claimed, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and will be debited as such.

          Applicable law and jurisdiction

          These General Terms and your use of the website (and all relationships of non-contractual nature, which can arise through or in conjunction with these) will be regulated by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish Law. You accept that the Swedish Judiciary has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes linked to these General terms and the settlement of these.

You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service team. Löwengrip sends all their goods with Postnord and Schenker. Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. The fee corresponds to the costs accrued from shipping and return of the parcel. We do not accept liability for out of stock situations, stock management or any potential pricing errors.

          We have a longer delivery time at sales or holiday´s for example at Christmas, we´ll write the specific terms when the holiday is here.

          Right of withdrawal

          Löwengrip obviously wants you to be 100% happy with your item. You, therefore, have the right to withdrawal and a full refund for 14 Days, which is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal or return is only applicable on goods where the actual item and its packaging are in an unaltered state, i.e. undamaged in sealed packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. You should always contact our customer service team, prior to returning any goods to us and have your customer number or invoice number at the ready when you contact our team. Refund will be paid into your bank account within 30 days if you, the consumer, cancel your purchase. If you received a wrong  wron In order for us to be able to handle your return, you must include the original delivery note that you received the original parcel.

          Product quality claims

          Löwengrip guarantees that the goods you have ordered are in perfect order at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defective item or an incorrect delivery, you need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. For goods damaged upon delivery, a rule of no later than 14 days apply. Löwengrip will of course pay for the shipping for any incorrect deliveries and any product quality claims, but for us to be able to do so, you will personally need to email support@economista.se and state what it is regarding, nature of the claim, the order number and possibly the invoice number too. When you return the item in the post, you also have to include a note stating that this is a product quality claim and the nature of the claim. This needs to be sent in with the delivery documents you received when you picked up your goods from the delivery point. You can also write directly onto the delivery document as long as everything is legible. These documents should be in the same package as the goods you are returning when you send them back to our warehouse.


          PLEASE NOTE!

          When we receive a product quality claim, we carry out an investigation and we inspect the item. Your views as a customer are very valuable to us, so we do ask you to contact us directly with your views or concerns.

          Unclaimed packages

          If parcels are returned to us that have not been claimed by our customers at their designated delivery point, we reserve the right to debit the customer for all costs relating to such a return + handling charges: 149 SEK in total.

          Product images and colors

          We do our utmost to show the colors and design of our products as true to life and as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed in the online shop are exactly what they are like in real life. The color on the screen could depend on your computer and the settings of your screen. Not can we guarantee that all the images replicate exactly what the goods look like in real life.
