If you are under 18 years of age, you have to have permission from your guardian to order from us. Customers from countries outside of EU (European Union) may need to pay a customs fee depending on the product's value, excluding all discounts that may have been added. Löwengrip Beauty is not responsible for paying individual taxes on customer orders out of the EU. Please search the specific tax rate in your country before placing your order. Aerosols will not be shipped outside of Sweden. Any orders containing aerosols to a delivery address outside of Sweden will be cancelled.
Using the website
Access to and usage of this website, as well as the products and services listed on this website (collectively called “Services”), are subject to these terms and conditions (“General Terms”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that the General Terms will be updated from time to time. You should, therefore, keep up to date with this page, to be aware of potential changes to the General Terms made by Löwengrip.
Access to the website is given on a temporary basis and Löwengrip reserves the right to revoke or change the Services without any prior notice. Löwengrip will not be held responsible if this website is unavailable at any point for a certain period of time. From time to time we might restrict access to certain parts or the entire website.
Order confirmation and transfer of risk
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Should you wish to annul or make any alterations to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You become the owner of the ordered goods when they have been physically delivered to you and we have received payment in full from you. When the goods have been delivered to you, the responsibility for any loss or damage is passed on to you.
Delivery & shipping costs
Shipping costs 59 SEK per order. Free shipping within Sweden for purchases over 590 SEK. Löwengrip offers a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days within Sweden and 5-8 working days outside of Sweden after your order has been packed and ready for dispatch. We will process your order within 3 working days. You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service team.

Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. The fee corresponds to the cost of administration, the return of goods and any additional handling. Payment term is 30 days net. Penalty fee for late payment is 60 SEK plus default interest. Should you change your mind and want to cancel your purchase after the parcel has been dispatched from our premises, you have to claim your parcel at your designated delivery Point and send it back to us. Should the parcel not be claimed, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and will be debited as such
Prices & availability
Sometimes a product you have ordered might be out of stock and is then on backorder. This may be due to lack of stock or delivery delayed. Löwengrip will not accept responsibility for out of stock situations or stock management queries from our suppliers. Should a pricing error occur (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Should there be any damages or loss of item on route to the customer, Löwengrip is held responsible. If this has happened, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the customer service team at Löwengrip within a reasonable timeframe (max 4 weeks). Should there be any damages or loss of item during a return to Löwengrip, the customer is liable.

Right of withdrawal
Löwengrip wants you to be 100% happy with your item. You, therefore, have the right to withdrawal and a full refund within 14 Days from receiving your item, which is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal or return is only applicable on goods where the actual item and its packaging are in an unaltered state, i.e. undamaged in sealed packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges.
For returns and refunds, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 48h and support you with helpful information for the next step. You should always contact our customer service support, prior to returning any goods to us and have your customer number or invoice number at the ready when you contact our team. Refund will be paid into your bank account within 30 days if you, the consumer, cancel your purchase. In order for us to be able to handle your return, you must include the original delivery note that you received the original parcel.
Product quality claims
Löwengrip guarantees that the goods you have ordered are in perfect order at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defective item or an incorrect delivery, you need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. For goods damaged upon delivery, a rule of no later than 14 days apply. Löwengrip will of course pay for the shipping for any incorrect deliveries and any product quality claims, but for us to be able to do so, you will personally need to email email@example.com and state what it is regarding, nature of the claim, the order number and possibly the invoice number too. When you return the item in the post, you also have to include a note stating that this is a product quality claim and the nature of the claim. This needs to be sent in with the delivery documents you received when you picked up your goods from the delivery point. You can also write directly onto the delivery document as long as everything is legible. These documents should be in the same package as the goods you are returning when you send them back to our warehouse.
When we receive a product quality claim, we carry out an investigation and we inspect the item. Your views as a customer are very valuable to us, so we do ask you to contact us directly with your views or concerns.
Product images and colors
We do our utmost to show the colors and design of our products as true to life and as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed in the online shop are exactly what they are like in real life. The color on the screen could depend on your computer and the settings of your screen. Not can we guarantee that all the images replicate exactly what the goods look like in real life.
Sometimes we offer Promotional Codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases or products on this Website. Each Promotional Code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the Promo Code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Service.
Promotional Codes can be provided on this Website or via email. Only one Promotional Code can be used against an order at any one time unless otherwise stated within that codes specific Terms and Conditions. A Promotional Code can't be applied to an order after that order has been placed. If any exclusions apply to that Promotional Code, it will be outlined within the relevant codes specific Terms and Conditions.
If the Promotional Code has expired, you won’t be able use it.
We can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a Promotional Code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the Promotional Code being cancelled.
If a Promotional Code is offered on this Website and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the Promotional Code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotional Code.
Promotional Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a Promotional Code, it can only be used by you for the purpose for which it was issued.
